Our mission is to unlock the potential of disadvantaged youth by giving them access to
education, and the means to acquire key skills in the digital sector.
Our Objectives
We believe that education is a powerful tool to fight poverty. Our goal is to help each student secure quality employment aligned with the local tech market, enabling their families to escape poverty sustainably.
We also aim to promote gender equality, with at least 50% of our students being girls.

Our Organizations
Passerelles Numériques is a non-profit organization under French law, created in 2005,

Launched in 2010, Passerelles Numériques Vietnam (PNV) provides a 3-year IT training program in Da Nang for underserved Vietnamese youth. This program is tailored to local tech market demands, focusing on Software Development and Testing (DeV) with three specialized tracks: Web Development, Mobile Development, and Automation Testing.
Beyond technical expertise, students receive support in professional integration and participate in extracurricular activities promoting personal development and well-being. Since 2017, PNV has partnered with Da Nang Vocational Training College as its academic partner. Each year, 135 students are trained at the Da Nang center.
Launched in 2005, Passerelles Numériques Cambodia (PNC) provides a 2-year IT training program in Phnom Penh, with a major in Software Development, meeting the needs of local companies in the IT industry for underserved Cambodian youth. This program is recognized by the Cambodian Ministry of Education.
Beyond technical expertise, students receive support in professional integration and participate in extracurricular activities promoting personal development and well-being. Each year, 150 students are trained at the Phnom Penh center.
Founded in 2009, Passerelles Numériques Philippines (PNPh) provides a 2.5 -year IT training program in Cebu with a major in Software Development, meeting the needs of local companies in the IT industry for underserved Filipino youth. PNPh has been partnering with the University of San José-Recoletos (USJR) since 2023 as its academic partner.
Beyond technical expertise, students receive support in professional integration and participate in extracurricular activities promoting personal development and well-being. Each year, 210 students are trained at the Cebu center.
Launched in 2022, Passerelles Numériques Philippines (PNM) stands as the most recent center established. It provides a 1-year post-high school preparatory course to underserved malagasy students.Beyond technical expertise, students receive support in professional integration and participate in extracurricular activities promoting personal development and well-being. At the end of this preparatory year, we guide our students towards post graduate studies through tailored guidance adapted to their skills, desires and in line with the needs of the local market. Each year, 50 students are trained at the Antananarivo center.
