What I love most about my work is being part of the personal and professional growth of underserved youths in Cambodia. Every day, I have the opportunity to create a positive impact on their lives, their families, and society as a whole.
Beyond my strong commitment to academic excellence and successful job placement, what truly stands out for me are the moments spent in the classroom, teaching with all my heart and soul, and then continuing to support them from behind the scenes at my desk.
As part of the global team, I have the privilege of working with all four centers (PNC, PNM, PNPh, and PNV). It’s fascinating to explore the unique characteristics of each site, learn from their local challenges, and identify innovative ideas that can be applied organization-wide.
