Our Digital Education Program

Passerelles Numériques has implemented an innovative and comprehensive training program in each of its centers, focused on long-term employability.

A digital career for a gateway for life

Replicated in its countries of intervention, the PN training program is also adapted to the needs and context of each country.

We provide technical training, and professional and personal development training in our centers in Southeast Asia, and a preparatory program to enter university in our center in Madagascar. In our centers, we cover the basic needs of our students (food, accommodation, medical expenses…) and we tend to their wellbeing.

From their first day of school until graduation and their first job, we support each of our students on their journey.

Our Selection Process

Every year, the Passerelles Numériques selection team, from each center, conducts a fair and rigorous 4-step selection process.
Closely working with partner high schools and NGOs, the objective is to select young talents from disadvantaged backgrounds who are motivated to join our digital training program. At least 50% of them are young women.

Information sessions

1. Information sessions

Organized in some of the most remote regions, the objective is to inform about training and career opportunities in the field of IT, and about the PN program. To guarantee a wide reach, we have established solid and lasting partnerships with local NGOs.

Written tests

2. Written tests

Following the information sessions, motivated and eligible students are encouraged to register for the written exam. It includes English, Logic and Mathematics tests, totaling approximately 3 hours.

Career Guidance Sessions

3. Career Guidance Sessions

After taking the written exam, successful candidates are invited to an interview to assess their motivation and aptitude for integrating our training program. This interview is conducted by two members of the PN team and lasts around 1 hour.

Home visits

4. Home visits

In order to select the most disadvantaged, our teams of educators carry out a home visit to study the economic and social situation of the family. Indicators include: type of housing, number of siblings, parents’ occupation, family income per capita, living area etc… Each visit lasts 1 to 2 hours.

Final selection committee

5. Selection committee

The final stage of the selection ends with a selection committee. This committee is made up of various departments, including the training and student life team. It meets to select the candidates who will be admitted in the program.

Sokchea flag
Current student PNC - class of 2025

I come from a poor family and if PNC had not offered me a chance, I would not have been able to continue studying because my family could not afford it!

Thanks to PNC, I will be able to find a good job, earn a good salary, help my family, and contribute in turn to PNC.

Current student PNPh - class of 2025

It took me one year and six months to realize how fruitful the training and the activities were.

Now, my family is living in comfort and I have people who are with me every step of the way. Thank you so much to PN!

Current student PNV - class of 2026

We were the first class in the expansion to a full three-year training program.

Now, I’m proud to say that I can provide for myself and my family. I feel more motivated to give back to the community through the PN Vietnam Alumni Association.

Lucia flag
Current student PNM - class of 2024

I never face those challenges alone. I’ve got my co-scholars, the PN staff and PN itself.

This community taught me to be proactive, to begin with an end in mind, to know my priorities, and to be sensitive and open to new learnings.

Because each contribution matters to PN.
